Design & Planning
Collaborating closely with you, we finalize the pool design, shape, size, and features. Detailed planning includes considerations for site preparation, layout, drainage, and any additional structures like decks or cabanas.
Permitting & Approvals
Once your design is confirmed, we handle obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. This crucial step ensures compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
Excavation & Site Preparation
With permits in hand, our construction team begins excavation and site preparation. This involves clearing the area, digging the pool according to design specifications, and preparing the ground for the installation of plumbing and other utilities.
Construction & Installation
We meticulously build your pool structure according to the design plan. This includes installing the plumbing system, framework, and reinforcements, followed by the application of concrete or other materials for the pool shell. Additional features such as steps, benches, and lighting are also integrated during this phase.
Finishing & Landscaping
Once the pool structure is complete, we add finishing touches such as tile, coping, decking, and interior surface materials. Landscaping around the pool area is also addressed to enhance aesthetics and functionality. Finally, your pool is filled with water, tested, and prepared for regular maintenance and enjoyment.
