I want to build a pool, how do I start?You've come to the right place! We would first need to meet to discuss the materials, shape, size, depth and location of the pool. These factors will allow us to guide you to meet all the city requirements. From there, we will arrange an in person meeting to come and see the location and discuss a little more in depth the details of the project. After that, our architect will show you the blueprint, we will provide you with a the quote, and go over any additional details. Once everything is confirmed, construction can start!

I would like a pool. How much would it cost?The cost varies depending on what you would like to build. Additionally, lighting, waterfalls, hot tubs, outdoor BBQs, outdoor showers, or guest houses will contribute to the price, as well as finishing such as tile colors and textures and landscaping. How long does it take to build a pool?The duration of the project varies based on the complexity of the project. Do I need any permits to start building?Yes, permits are required in order to start building as it's part of the city requirements however, we help our clients with the application process as well as following up during the project.

Can I add things to the project half way through?Sometimes we might be able to accommodate new requests, however it depends on the work needed to be done to complete your request and ability to incorporate the new details into the existing project. We want to make sure all of our clients are happy, however if extra work is required to take down a part of the project to accommodate your new request, extra charges may apply, and the deadline of the project may need to be extended.

Do you take over projects which have already been started?We do take projects which have already been started by another company as we have many years experience in this however price will vary depending on the state of project and what has already been done. Do you offer warranty?Yes, CDR Pools offers 5 years warranty for the pool basin and 1 year warranty for the equipment. All of these details will be included in your contract.

What equipment do you use?We install the equipment of well-known and reliable brands such as Pentair and Hayward. Most of our equipment is easily controlled from the comfort of your phone. This way you can rest assured that you have full control of your pool, even if you are away.

Does CDR Pools provide all pool related work?Yes, we provide electrical, plumbing and HVAC for all your pool and backyard related needs!
